Name & Motto

ALPHA -- the first letter of the greek alphabet, the beginning. We acknowledge Jehovah, God as the creator of all things. He has always been. All things are from Him. We acknowledge ourselves as the created, the beloved of the most high and all powerful ALPHA.

OMEGA -- the last letter of the greek alphabet, the end. We acknowledge Jehovah, God as the completor of all things. He will always be. All things return to Him. We acknowledge our human bodies to be temporal. But our spirits are eternal and we live to live forever as one with the OMEGA.

EPSILON -- the fifth letter of the greek alphabet, the number of grace. We accept the grace of God in our lives to enable our loving, eternal-minded spirit beings to determine our human experience. The power of love Himself is the grace that we acknowledge, need and desire.

We use the Epsilon to signify that God’s grace is upon us to accomplish our mission. This truth is reflected in the sorority’s motto: “Living in God’s grace…Feeding the five thousand.”

 Colors & Sign

Purple represents royalty. 1 Peter 2:9

White represents purity. 1 Timothy 4:12

Our sign exemplifies the dual aspects of our Christ-like lives:
      1. Inter-locking circles (constructed using the index fingers and thumbs) represent our covenant relationships.
      2. A roof or covering (formed by the remaining three fingers) represents the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
